Flipped Classroom (a kind of flipped classroom)

This week we are flipping our homework into class and our in-class work to homework. We are going to use this model to help us through the reading and teach some valuable note-taking skills.

To start class today go into my shared folder and download the following two items: 7 part notes (.pages) & Daily life in Rome (.mov). Also open up your textbook to the start of chapter 5. I'll walk you through the rest.

Your homework tonight is just to watch the Daily life in Rome (.mov) and jot down the class differences (in ancient Rome) that you notice.

  1. Core 1: As I mentioned in class put off the video for later viewing. It will be homework a different night this week. FOR TONIGHT finish the chapter 5 section one notes using the 7 part notes system we learned in class.
